1 4 Inch Melamine
In thin panel applications, common issues include warping after lamination, poor screw holding on edges, and inconsistent thickness affecting assembly accuracy. These problems often lead to higher rejection rates in cabinet and drawer production.
To address this, we control core density distribution and moisture balance during MDF formation, followed by calibrated melamine lamination for uniform thickness. Pressing tolerance and surface bonding strength are maintained to meet furniture-grade processing requirements.
The result is a thin melamine board suitable for cabinet backs, drawer bottoms, shelving layers, and decorative panels, helping buyers reduce rework risk and stabilize material performance across production batches.
